How to Create a New Account Without Getting DeletedSubmitted by neekness on Mon, 2010/08/02 - 11:08.
Hello all! This is your new webmaster, Jaime. I know that there are many new Gunma JETs that are joining us, so I wanted to take a moment to bring attention to the issue of creating a new account -- without getting it deleted. 2010 Maebashi Gunma Kenmin MarathonSubmitted by Dayvid on Wed, 2010/09/01 - 17:15.
2010/11/03 - 08:00 2010/11/03 - 14:00 Event Information: The Gunma Kenmin Marathon is a fun annnual race. A lot of people are there, and it happens when Gunma cools down. It's probably the last good race of the year until February and March when marathon season starts again. You can see the streetside around Maebashi and Takasakitonyamachi, and meet runners from all over Japan! The main race is a half marathon, but there's also a 10k and a Riverside 4.6k race. So you can just use it if you want to do some exercise or have bigger aims. You can register from now until 9/30. I like to use a website called http://runnet.jp, though it can be confusing to register on the website. I put a guide up here. (http://messopatsa.tumblr.com/post/1046839954/for-alts-the-quick-and-easy...) You can also call or send in an entry in the mail. If you're new to Gunma and interested in running or exercise, this is a great way to be introduced. The course isn't weird or screwy like some of the other races here. The temperature also isn't too cold or hot, either. Event Location: Maebashi Green Dome. Event Directions: You can take a bus from Maebashi station that takes you to the Green Dome. Also check out the Google Maps for it... http://maps.google.co.jp/maps?um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=%E5%89%8D%E6%A9%8B%E3%82%B... It is titled Maebashi Kawaraban. I don't know what that means, but I guess it has something to do with a place called "Kawaraban". ALT Soccer Tournament in NaganoSubmitted by Brooke on Tue, 2010/08/31 - 21:48.

As you all know Alan Buckley died on Sunday. The death of a friend is never easy, and for some of us, this is the first time to experience such a loss. Being far from our support network back home and living far apart from our friends here in Gunma can make the grieving process even harder. Grief affects us all in different ways and can be difficult to discuss with our close friends. Make a home theater! 27" monitor and couch for sale!Submitted by srothroc on Fri, 2010/08/20 - 13:38.
Have you ever wanted a home theater, somewhere you (and your date!) could relax and watch some movies on your computer? Well, here's your chance. I've recently upgraded my own home theater, so I'm selling my monitor and sofa, which I JUST bought in May. So they're only four months old! |
